How can I start a project?

We refer to these projets as a Hub. To start a Hub, you first need to register on HelpHub as an organization. Once you have registered , you can login and go to your dashboard and start a hub with your specific requirements.

How will I know about any volunteers?

Volunteers that are registered on HelpHub can see all the the hubs working and if your work interests them, they will send an application to you. You can view these application by clickling on application link on left side-bar of Hub's home page. All your Hubs can be viewed by clicking My Hubs link on left side-bar of your dashboard.

Can I invite people?

Yes , once you have started a Hub you have the option of directly inviting people you think might be interested in becoming a volunteer. Invite link is present on Members page of Hub home page.

Do I have the option of accepting or rejecting a volunteer's application?

Yes once received one or more applications from volunteers interested in working on a Hub, you can look at their profiles. Depending upon suitability you can accept or reject the application.

How do I contact an organization?

When you search for a specific volunteering opportunity you get results in form of Hubs. Once you find a Hub that suits you, you have to send an application to that Hub's parent organization. You recieve an confirmation mail if you application is accepted. Most of the times your application will be accepted.

Can I work with organization of my choice?

Yes Volunteers are free to choose a Hub based on specific cause, location and duration etcetera.

Can I invite people?

Yes, you can invite your friends interested in volunteering to come and join HelpHub by using the INVITE page.
